Which is best option?

I know I’ve read it’s best if you are a legacy or know someone in a house.
My dad was indulgence in the early 90s when they were a good house and now I know they are rebuilding. I also have two friends from lax one is in sig ep and one is asig. What do you think my best choice is?

Reading this site makes all the freshmen that way. All the rankings that do not even matter in the big scheme of life has them paranoid to make the wrong choice.
