Whats the difference between Delts and Phi Delts?

by: OJ

Im an incoming freshman last year trying to figure out some houses to rush. I recently heard these were two different frats even though they sound a like. What separates them? What is each one like m? Which one is better to rush?

Phi delt is more preppy than delts while delts is typically more degenerate party animal types. Both solid houses worth rushing. I know both will be looking to fill their houses.

delts stands for "delta tau delta" and they are a bunch of literal losers that couldn't get a bid during fall rush so they joined a frat that was coming back to campus with no selection prosses and let everyone in with no pledging. phi delt is "phi delta theta" and its a solid upper mid house.
