3. Have family money
4. have a good personality
5. Tell them you cycle. Which is the biggest gliche in the whole the system. Tell them your a rider and doors open.

whatever it takes to go through recruitment successfully.
be put together, hold an easy-flowing conversation, relate to the women who are rushing you, dress appropriately, look good, have good enough grades to go through rush.
