Considering going here

I’m considering going here and participating in Greek life but the posts on this site kind of freak me out lol. Is it really difficult to get a bid (I’m a girl) and how happy are IU students in greek life?

Tbh it’s hard to make an impression on everyone during interviews unless you know a girl or someone to get you connected because the whole process is so many girls

i’m a girl that rushed with like no connections and ended up in an uppermid. it’s not impossible but a lot of it is just based on luck honestly and who u talk to during rush. as far as happiness some houses have a lot of drama but mine doesn’t really and overall i’ve felt it was a good experience. the biggest downside is that people are obsessed with ranks and popularity here so sometimes it feels like high school all over again
