Not really, most houses don’t consider legacies as important nowadays. You can use that to ur advantage when reaching out to a house for informal and say that being a legacy makes it personally important to you to join that house

The only thing that will help in informal is having friends in the sorority. But that's still nothing to count on. Your best shot at a bid is formal recruitment and keeping an open mind.
