Aephi not pairing

Why does Aephi never pair? It seems like they’re trying to be considered top but never have actual plans

To be completely unbiased it seems like aephi tries to blame a lot of other sororities when they say this even though it has some truth to it. They barely pair but the few times they do it is higher frats than a lot of mid tier so it is hard to decide where they should be ranked.
