Why is snu ranked so low?

My dad was a sigma nu and I was planning on rushing there in the spring, I was just curious why they are ranked so low. is it just because they only recently got back on campus? Also were they around last year and didn't have a house or had they been kicked?

Sigma Nu is a solid mid tier house right now, but is only on the rise. Better than unhoused frats like Sammy and Akl. I would give them a chance as they have a good history and strong alumni base
