Living in a house after initiated

I am gonna rush next semester but I wanna sign a lease and live out of the house do all houses require freshman to live in the house next year?

You will be paying dues either way so you’ll have to pay for double housing

No all houses do not require live in. You can also sub lease if you do end up having a live in requirement, it’s not thats hard
