It's a normal feeling but don't beat yourself up over it. It's usually not anything personal or against you, frat PCs are usually around 25 dudes vs hundreds who rush, so more often than not it ends up being a numbers game because they can only have so many people back. My advice is to join a few clubs at IU, go play sports at the SRSC or anything else you enjoy, and meet people. Also if you remember the names of guys who rushed you or if you have anyone's number, I'd say to keep in touch with them. Like "hey dude I unfortunately didn't get a call back from you guys but I really vibe with your house and genuinely liked the guys, I play basketball at the SRSC on thursday nights so if you guys are ever around lmk and I'd love to get to know you all more and stay in touch". Just an example. And you can always try again in the spring. Just solidify those connections during the Fall so you're already on their radar for the Spring. That's my two cents

If you’re a sophomore transfer, if you’re a freshman try again in the spring. This school is really boring if you are under 21 and a geed.

Don’t transfer just because you didn’t get a bid at a fraternity Lmao. Indiana is a hell of a school and it can be a damn good time whether you’re a geed or not.

Spring rush! Literally doesn’t matter fall vs spring tbh. Be open in the spring to go to any house not just top houses or based on the tier system. Any house would be a good time. Join clubs!! Who knows maybe you’ll meet someone in a club who is in a frat and can help you in the spring!

Make good friends with people who do get in and ask them for help. One of my closest friends got in the fall and really helped me in the spring.
