They’re seen as the sickest senior places for parties. The stone mansion is a sweet off-campus house on like 8th & Washington. It’s how Beta survived when they didn’t have their house on nojo. Beta seniors would pass it down for years, but Pi Kapps had it last year and AEPi this year. Rubicon is the big red building with a huge rooftop on Kirkwood next to chipotle.
