Can we get a ranking on study abroad cities

Vienna, London, Florence, and Madrid would be my top recs based on personal experience and from friends who studied in these places. Amsterdam is fun but like another comment said something you might not be able to stretch out for an entire semester. I may be biased though because Vienna was one of my favorite places that I got to visit and the nightlife is amazing!
I would not recommend Paris, Milan, or Rome because I’ve heard people having iffy experiences. I’ve studied in Rome and it was alright, but preferred Florence as a city wayyyy more. The IES program here was a little bizarre ngl.
