Ranking haven’t changed in several year

I went back and looked at the rankings from a couple years ago and they’re basically the same. Some houses change within their tiers but there’s rarely any houses that go from mid to top, why is that?

no.. top frats won't pair with mid sororities

Zbt and Aepi went from lower-mid to near the top in the past 7 years or so. SAE was also lower mid (would quad with DU, etc) and now they’re upper
