Does looks matter?

Hey I’m an incoming athlete and I want to join a top tier fraternity, but after checking their several pics and tagged pics on ig I don’t feel like successfully getting a bid because I don’t think I’m cool enough. Those guys are for sure super popular and many of them seem to have been a prom king and I wasn’t like that in high school. And I even heard some houses have several professional models as members. Do they choose new members based on their appearance? Are there below-average looking dudes in top tier frats?? I genuinely think guys are more exclusive and judgmental than girls. Does a level of handsomeness affect the criteria for an invitation to membership? Serious answers please I don’t wanna get rejected.

Who gives af what you look like. If they do they’re not the frat for you. Be yourself and that’s all that matters and you’ll find the right one.

All of the top frats have very average looking guys so I would say looks don’t really matter
