ZBT's off campus... Take them out and slot Sig Pi with the Sammy/Phi Sig tier and it's sorta accurate

ATO(lets see how long they last)

Top Middle
Beta
Phi Delt (and rising)
Phi Psi
Delts

Middle
Sammy
Phi Sig

ZBT

Low Middle
Sig ep
SAE
Theta Chi
DU

Bottom Tier
AEPi
Lambda chi
Skulls

Then all other off campus houses. Take this with a grain of salt just my opinion not everyones going to agree

Very reasonable rankings my friend. I could definitely see them flipping around in the future though. The greek system always has its ups and downs but for the most part each house is going to be a good time

What factors lead you to believe that phi delt is above phi psi or delts, and rising?

they're a great group of guys and delts is definitely falling. Girls always leave there and midnight and rarely have a good time

Ok…I'm sure there's a bunch of great guys in DU and Sig Ep but what specifically is Phi Delt doing besides seeing everything in retrospect that's putting them above houses that have consistently had better pairs?

If you guys are trying to rank by pairs I think it would be more like this:

13. Sig Ep

based on pairs, move sig ep and SAE down and DU and theta chi up.

Disagree with actually theta chi doesn't get great pairs anymore and SAE and sig ep are both better than DU

Pi Kapps/ATO are at the top. People in general don't like Beta but they're still good, Sig Chi is still top tier as are the weird guys in Fiji.
