i counted their posts and chi o is nearly at quota but aphi is far from it.

Cob has nothing to do with quota and both houses made it it was 55-57 this year. Snap bid is the name for when houses don’t make quota and take more girls, but that is before bid night happens. Informal has nothing to do w this

Because girls go abroad, transfer, graduate etc. Both houses will probably only take like less than 10 girls because they just want girls they know/are friends with but didn’t go through formal recruitment due to grades and stuff
