Can kicked fraternity members join other frats ?

Can someone who was in a fraternity that was kicked join another fraternity, especially if they were initiated.
Because I’ve heard a lot of Acaica members were able to join chi phi .

not 100% sure but my impression is you cant join another IFC frat but you can join others

You can't join another IFC frat. But, you should look into a business frat or other such group. They have a lot of fun without the scrutiny that IFC/Panhel is under.

It’s probably because they didn’t actually get initiated. You can accept a bid and then drop and join another frat but you can’t be initiated and then drop to join a different frat
