^^^^ 100%. The people ranking Chi O above Kappa are Kappa haters. They just wanted to piss Kappa off and make everyone think they fell when they haven’t. At the end of the day, Kappa is still definitely above Chi O but Chi O has definitely gotten themselves to the bottom of top. They don’t deserve the heat they are getting just because stupid rankers wanted to see Kappa fall.

i think chi o isn’t considered top to some people yet because they don’t consistently pair with the same houses that aphi pi phi and kappa do. They have great girls but the pairs don’t reach a level of making them a “top house” yet

Pi phi is the only top house that barely pairs down. They really all do. Only going to the same 3-4 frats is boring.

you are all so dumb. is chi o top? yes. is chi o above kappa? absolutely not. people were only ranking them so high praying on kappa's downfall. chi o is 100% the bottom of top at the moment. i could see chi o doing well enough to pass kappa later on in the year (if kappa does horribly this recruitment and they can't really pair) but not now.
