Depends on the frat, bottom or lower mid are worse than the bars. Mid and above are better than bars

both have their positives and negatives but from a guys prospective parties are better.....I have the rest of life to hang at bars and I'd rather be at a party in the mansion I live in with people that I know and want to associate with than be surrounded by a bunch of randoms at the bars

besides that lets not pretend the bar scene in Bloomington is like going out in any major city
