Top Houses? Opinions plz

What are the top sororities like? Im looking to rush and want to know what to look forward to next semester. Philanthropy wise too: aphi zeta pi phi and kappa?

These early pnms are the worst. They jump the gun and a lot end up blacklisted or with a bad rep. They are also almost 100% of the times the ones who end up not getting the house they convinced themselves they wanted 6 months before recruitment and have a complete breakdown. Ladies, enjoy ur fall semester and worry about recruitment when recruitment week starts.

aphi- known for being rich & stylish. instagram model kind of pretty. a lot of girls who are drop dead gorgeous but not always the most fun at parties because they have an image to uphold
pi phi- daddy’s money type of vibe, not quite as intense as aphi. a lot of east coast girls who wear i am gia to frats. more of a mix of different types of girls than aphi also. guys like them
kkg- more diverse personality & appearance wise than the other two. known for being “wifey material” but fun. pretty girls with a cool vibe but obviously in trouble rn so take that as you will.
all 3 are “3rd street elite”. known to be top houses, all have the best pairs, and their actual houses are very pretty. theres pros & cons for each one but they all are known to be the best on campus.
zeta isnt a top house. not a bad thing just much different than these three.

If you are a pnm you need to have a reality check. Stop choosing sororities based on their ranks and materialistic value. Any member of a sorority would be disgusted to know you only care about status. It’s embarrassing

Top three in no order are aphi kappa PiPhi for awhile and (subjectively )followed by dz/zeta/Gphi/axo this changes every couple pledge classes but for now it holds. If Kappa gets in much more trouble, they could drop fast & hard like chio did few years back , hard to recover from
