SK lost their house due to financial mismanagement on the part of their house corporation. They knew they wouldn't survive unhoused, so they surrendered their charter.
ASA and Tri Sig made an attempt to exist as unhoused chapters with dorm space, but they were unsuccessful and closed after about four years on campus.

This is super impressive! While I agree that the frats can get kicked off for having parties, far more were kicked for hazing and other incidents. Can't think of any that were kicked for just hosting a regular event. Stop the hazing, especially with alcohol, and you have a better chance of surviving! Anyone know which frat has been here the longest continually? Would love to see those stats.

panhel at IU has had a hard time finding the right number of chapters to bed quota ratio. Recently we discovered the right ratio is to get rid of bed quota. Every sorority that has ever been removed from IU’s campus except for tri delta was removed because of low membership
