evolve is upper mid/top for sure if ur just looking at the interior. I lived there last year but chose pom this year. Park on Morton is at least upper mid too. The pool area was actually open, it’s close to campus, and the rooms are pretty expensive - just as much as the evolve rooms. Tons of Kelley kids live there too.
