Compared to what, 3rd street? There’s like 10 more frats on nojo than 3rd and all the frats on 3rd are either brand new or have been in serious trouble with IU recently. North Jordan is just the best by default lmao

Nah nojo still has the best parties even if you don’t include most of the other houses. Zbt and aepi alone are better than all the frats on 3rd

Relevant frats on 3rd st: Acacia (du not fr relevant)
Relevant frats on Jordan: Sig ep, SAE, Beta (if they move back in), phi delt
Relevant frats on nojo: phi sig, aepi, theta chi, zbt, pi kapps

Nojo Frats just have the best parties. Frat hopping on nojo is unmatched

nojo is the best, parties are always at walking distance, no buses needed and you always run into your friends

The extension is by far the best for parties, pi kapps, zbt, and phi sig throw the best parties by far and they’re all on the extension
