Rush Beta Sig??

I am looking to rush Beta Sig in the fall but I keep hearing about how they don’t own the house they are currently in and might be forced to move out. I know it’s a pretty irrelevant fraternity to begin with but I’m not tryna rush a house that’s full of un-housed simps. Advice?
