All mid tier houses from low mid to upper mid are a great time away from all that drama. Acacia, Aepi, Sae, sig ep, sig pi, theta chi, du, asig, beta sig, phi tau, phi psi are some options for houses u should look at

DU is a legit option. They have the best relationships with their srats. They pair with dg and phi mu a lot. And I only hear negative comments on gr. Irl you never hear anything bad.
