Difference between Acacia and Sig pi

Rushing in the fall and have friends in both houses and I’m from Chicago if that makes a difference. What house is better and what’s difference

Acacia is “ranked” higher but sig pi has the better set up and more potential for better parties

Acacia isn’t really “ranked” higher... they both have the same exact pairs except sip pi parties are more lit

I like sig pis set up way better than acacia but the guys in acacia are way better looking
