Does sliding in the dms work if you don’t know them

Buddy every girl has like 20 unread dms from random guys on Instagram and 200 matches on tinder & bumble. The chance that she actually reads your message is slim and the chance of her replying is none. So the only real chance you got is talking with her in RL then she flat out rejects you because she doesn’t know how to interact with ppl in person.
