ok sig chi, you guys are good looking. you have a ton of history on this campus and are partially responsible for greek life still being a thing. respect. reality is that doesn’t make you top. you don’t throw down. like you literally just don’t. where else is a house that nearly never throws down considered top. can we all agree that sigma chi doesn’t deserve their top house spot and move them down to upper mid?

I am a girl in a top house and I couldn’t agree more... I went there so many times this year and left disappointed... ended up having way more fun at mid tier houses like theta chi

actually coming from a girl in a top house, i genuinely prefer sig chi over zbt. the boys are so genuine and just very gentlemen like. they remember your name and when you walk in always ask how you are, not just what sorority you’re in or who you know. They have fun parties, they are more chill parties yes but you have to know them for it to be fun.
