Real estate on Jordan and 3rd

Which frats and srats actually own their house? Cause it seems like y’all rank houses on the bottom that are new or have unstable housing.

I Know someone lives in the tri delt house and the ATO house, but I think the original houses still own them. Who else rents? And who owns?

Phi Tau is in ATOs house
Beta sig is in Sigma Nus house.
Alpha sig is in someone else’s house. Same w phi psi

phi psi owns their house, they originally built it then got kicked off, rented it out to SK until they got back on campus
