Lmao bro. I'm not in either and I know its Phi Delt. Objectively, Sig Ep prob smarter neither are known for the best parties but Phi Delt parties harder. The key reason Phi Delt is better tho imo is that they never get in trouble. Those heads have great risk management.

phi delt pairs better and is one of the oldest houses on campus. They're far better than sig ep
