top: phi sig, sig chi, zeebs, fiji, phi delt
up mid: Pi Kapps, aepi, beta, acacia
mid: sig pi, theta chi, sig ep, du
lower mid: Lambda(if they are allowed to party), beta sig (if they keep house) phi psi, a sig
lower: phi tau pike tep pilam etc

If Beta doesn’t have any restrictions on their house there’s a good chance they’ll be top. If Pi Kapps also isn’t in trouble they will be as well. So pretty much move Phi Sig and Phi Delts back down to upper mid and there’s your answer.
