Phi Mu had to snap to quota, fell out of the top 5 in grades, average looks, average social skills. They are virtually the same chapter as TPA, DG, and SDT. They get pairs of old reps. PNMs see Phi Mu in their bottom 7 when they rank after open house. Facts.
