is fiji rush weekend worth it?

Recently committed to IU and coming down to visit a few friends. Probably won’t be able to visit again until summer orientation but got invited to attend a Fiji rush weekend (don’t know anyone currently in the house). I’d spend the entire weekend at Fiji rush and wouldn’t be able to go to parties at my other friends houses. Is it worth it or ...?

Yes! Fiji is the most well rounded house on campus rn due to alumni relations, academics, involvement, service, brotherhood, and pairs. Yeah sure they might not be the most attractive guys on campus but they sure are the best in very other aspect

Really? I call possible troll here. FIJI’s rush weekends are by invitation only for guys who have friends in the chapter, who were recommended by grad brothers or who are STRONG legacies: brothers, sons, grandsons.
For you to say: “I don’t know anyone currently in the house” tells me somebody sent in a recommendation on you. Tons of guys would love to be invited to a rush weekend. Just go...it’s 2 days! You’ll always wonder what could have been if you don’t.

honestly as a girl i would say yes. me and lots of my friends find them attractive cuz they have a nice ass house and a lot are in kelley and stuff lol. and if it doesnt work out u can just rush in the fall instead

So lets get this straight... You are attracted to the individuals in Fiji because of a house that they live in, which they have nothing to do with, and because they are in Kelley, which makes up around 70-80% of greek life at this school?

Sounds like they have a lot going for them...
