why is theta now considered top when they can’t pair?

ChiO is hated on soooo much on here and people are telling pnms not to join because they can’t pair when theta can’t pair either and they are now being ranked as top??

ChiO bottom house with terrible reputation and Theta is not going to have long term issues with their house like ChiO. Plus they do killer grilled cheeses.

Chi O's sophomore class is a bunch of sorority rejects. Once their junior class graduates Chi O would have as much connection to top frats as Theta does.

ChiO such a mess and they are under restrictions way longer than Theta and likely to get kicked off campus for any indiscretions. Theta clearly better option.
