is this true about kappa delta?

This was written about Kappa Delta in a comment section
“Their house is one of the most divided on campus. There is a group of girls who think that they are better than everyone else in the house and have hijacked their rush this year and have made the girls they see as “not important” not able to rush the rushees. They belittle the girls in their house because they can’t get over the reality that their own house will never be the top tier house that they failed to get into. Stay away from this house as their nationals are going to come down on the house, rush advisor, and instigating girls only to expose them for who they really are.”
So far I’ve liked KD during rush but I want to make sure I’m not getting myself into something I don’t see during rush. Girls in the comment section have said they dropped because this is true

if you actually think someone on greek rank knows about the inner workings of KD or literally any house, you are so sadly mistaken. one of my best friends is in KD and she said it’s the best decision she has ever made. whenever i’m at the house girls always make me feel welcome. i’m in a different house, but sad to see ppl who are prob geeds comment on greek rank. bye.
