for all the PNMs thinking they should just drop n re rush if they didnt get a house they liked...dont. to be a sophomore and get into any house above mid tier is basically impossible and the girls that make it happen are probs transfers or didnt rush freshman year. , getting into a house as a sophomore is so much harder bc top houses like keeping the number of sophomores v low 1-5 and want mainly freshman classes for connections and what not. houses know it looks bad if they let a lot of sophomores in esp if they rushed last yr bc theyre the girls that didnt make the cut last year.

re-rushing almost always ends with you getting the same houses back if you already went through recruitment. it’s better to just stick it out now or do informal somewhere if ur friends are in chapters

This is the truth, although not what you want to hear when considering options. Agree informal may be way to go if you have the social connections to a house.
