snapbids for after rush

Are snapbids mainly for girls who got cut near the end?? Or do you have a chance from any round you were cut

You won’t be considered for a snapbid for any house if you didn’t get invited back to sisterhood round this includes bottom tier houses. 90% of snapbids are also given out by the bottom 5 houses
