Most houses have a few spots but don’t count on those because very unpredictable

Any house can offer a snap bid but it is very rare and only when they fall one or two short because the women that preffed them put them as second choice. Don't count on that. There is a better chance at informal but it is not going to be "top" chapters that participate. It will probably be the same houses that you have on your list now who don't make quota because others are feeling just like you.
