are all these cuts based off of looks
by: just wanna knowi just wanna know, my roommate got like 3 top houses back and she said she felt like none of them even vibed with her and the convos were awkward. meanwhile i got none of my tops back and i felt like i had amazing convos. i’m starting to think it’s all looks will someone actually tell me what it is

it depends on the house. The majority of cuts are based on gpa, then personality/looks, then clout/wealth. Upper houses are very dependent on looks and clout but they’re not going to take an awkward or weird girl just because she’s attractive or wealthy. Middle tiers go for gpa and more personality, still some looks matter but not nearly as much. Bottom looks at personality the most because their gpa tends to be lower overall.
Also remember that it’s easy for girls to fall through the cracks in the system so maybe one girl didn’t have an amazing conversation with you but another one did, you will be cut over a girl who had two amazing conversations instead of just one
Also idk if your story is true because why would your roommate rank top tiers or any house that she felt awkward at or didn’t vibe with?????

Literally false about grades. DZ, APhi and Kappa are all in the bottom 6 for grades. So, don't say the bottom chapters are all the bottom for grades.

In no way are cuts based on looks. Many girls will go to top houses because of high school connections and more attractive girls will go to bottom houses based on the girls seeing her as a sister. I will instantly get a snarky comment from an insecure girl but this is the truth.

If you don’t have HS or college (1st semester) connections it will be tougher. Recruitment is a numbers game. If at house ABC there are 120 members and they all have 3 PNMs they know well to extremely well (examples classmates, teammates cousins, BFFs since elementary school etc....) thats 360 PNMs on the wish list right off the bat....top houses have to cut more PNMs sooner and depending on return rate could be down to rushing 500 or less PNMs already.

That’s so not true. The bottom houses have better gpas than some of the middle and top tiers
