aepi opinions (girls)

Are dudes in aepi well liked by girls? I’m from Miami and was told there’s a lot of Miami boys in the house so I was wondering if I should rush them. I know they have kinda a bad rep with the pi kapps thing and I’m definitely not about snitching or any of that, just curious how they compare to top tier and upper top houses

Every guy in aepi that I’ve met has been nothing but nice to me, & the majority I’ve met outside of parties so it wasn’t them just trying to sleep with me lol.
