Is it true that theta can’t have pairs? If so why not?

Their nationals don’t allow it. They can not have pairs. BUT they still get on lists at other houses. They still have fun. I wouldn’t put them in my top houses but I’d take a bid from there if I had anything lower than Aopi.

Theta still has some pairs just not as many and they are still considered a good sorority academics and sisterhood wise
