What houses does it not matter if you aren’t on the pre rush list and also like to take bikers

Many houses will pick their PC before rush, especially for spring. I'd still go to open rush to see if you fit well anywhere

So is it like impossible to get a bid from spring rush if you have no real connections??

Not impossible at all. Frats will have a good idea for a few kids but there is definitely space for other kids. Also a lot of frats are looking for bikers and that could help you out.

You have a chance pretty much everywhere except maybe a select few houses. People put their friends w connections on the pre rush list but a lot of them end up being bums and don’t get bids

If you’re serious about biking, there are a few houses that take it seriously. Sig Ep, Phi Delt, Phi Psi, and Beta all have competitive teams

That’s just not true at all no house has their pc figured out before rush not even close. All they have is a pretty rush list that doesn’t mean anything, maybe have 2-3 bids they already have figured out.
