serious question

by: Question

Theta and dg are very similar houses but what exactly makes them different. Is it academics, looks, reputation, pairs? And which house is better? I went to both for philanthropy and liked them equally. But nothing seemed to make one house different from the other. Anyone else feel that way?

a lot of similarities, but dg is actually allowed to pair with frats and thetas not allowed to ever have pairs. so you cant really compare that

What about their personalities? Are they basically the same?

You are right. They are similar type girls. Both houses have winning histories at Little 5. Both houses have respectable GPAs and show up at the same fraternities regularly. Theta is known for having the most members in Kelley. If that's a match for you, that might give Theta an edge. If you liked them both then just hope that you keep getting invited to both. Your decision may be made for you at some point. If you end up at those two houses for Prefs, you would have to decide. Until then, good luck.

the girls in both of these houses are extremely similar but for personalities the best way to described these houses is to say that theta is like axo but more chill and dg is like gphi but more chill. dg is the better house socially since they can register pairs. dg's sophomore class is better looking than theta's but theta's juniors are better looking than dg's. academically, theta is better bc they take a lot of kelley girls. both houses are passionate about their philanthropy and focus on academics A LOT. both house are great options. hope this sorta helps
