Does pi phi cut more girls during the first round or second? and what kind of girls are they asking back

The chapters are told how many girls need to be cut based on their returns from last year. So, if 98% of last year's pnms accepted that invite, they have to cut harder than a chapter where only 50% accepted the invite. Pi Phi will cut hard every single round because they always have strong return rates.

how many girls end up making it to 3rd round at top houses? there was like 800 philanthropy round so about how many will make it to sisterhood

There were 600 for pi phi and 700 to 750 for kappa and aphi

The objective by Pref round is to have twice what quota will be coming back. So, if quota is at 55, roughly 110 girls should be invited back by then for a chapter that has strong returns like Pi Phi. With two more rounds to go, expect about 50% to get cut from those who came to the last party. And, then another 50% cut before Prefs. You are not in yet so don't get your hopes up.

Pi phi had 650 and will bring back like 260 cause they have less return rate

Girls please stop obsessing on 3 houses. I am sure they are great girls but there are at least 8 other houses that I am sure all of you will also find great girls in. Please Please keep an open mind. This greek system has many great sororitys that pair with many great frats.

So honestly we make most cuts after the 4th round. We like to see what brand clothes they wear after 4 rounds. If they wear canada goose on round one but only north face on round 4 then its easy to tell how fake they are.
