is phi sig losing their house?

When I came back earlier this week for recruitment I noticed a sign out front of phi sig covering their sign that said “chi phi fraternity” who is chi phi? I’ve never heard of them

Well you need to google "why Chi Phi" to see their video. Then you'll know.
And no, Phi Sig owns that house.
