updates on pi kapps/aepi

Any word on what will happen to Pi Kapps and AEPi. After having more time think about the situation i feel like they probably should get kicked if DChi and other houses have gotten the boot for less. That being said AEPi should be too because they are 100% the biggest goobers on campus.
