There is Nothing wrong with AxiD, theta, KD etc. Actually if you think about it the frats they pair with ARE NOT getting kicked off . They are a great group of girls who party with a great group of guys

Theta has more freedom - no live in advisor, house full of girls, very strong national support. Very different than chi o who is under constant watch from nations and has no room to mess up. If something bad happens, their charter might get pulled. Very risky to pledge chi o, all I’m saying.

If you’re joining a house specifically for the social scene, chi o is risky compared to theta since chi o is on very thin ice. If you’re going for an actual sisterhood and leadership opportunities, both houses are good options.

No comparison between Theta and Chi O. Completely different situations. Theta is not about to get booted if they are caught socializing. Theta has lots of fun. Chi O will be under a microscope.

The live in advisors are there as a backbone from the university. Nationals actually helps chi o in every way and if they didn’t want them on campus they wouldn’t have sent people to help. If you know anything about the house you would know the girls are grateful for nationals and their advisors.

Yep they sure are...
The way I see it, they will end up with a PC of girls who went to chapters like KD, AXiD, Theta, AOII, and DG and will either get XO as their second choice but act like they wanted it all along or will pref XO because they are desperate to look "cooL" despite having all middle and lower tier chapters next weekend.
Mark my words.
