who is moving in to tpa house?
by: lolI heard that TPA did not resign their lease so they will be an unhoused chapter this next school year. They have only lived in the house for 2 years and is such a gorgeous home. Why did they not resign their lease and who will be moving into it?

the girl I talked to was super open about the whole house thing and she said they were unhoused before and are going back to that since they were a bigger chapter then. she said they’re all living in apartments together instead and they didn’t have any say in who moved in after them

Delts haven't even started the colony process yet. There is no way they will be moving in next fall. It could sit empty, with what they were charging TPA they were probably able to put some money back.

I think they only charged tpa so much because they had just completely renovated it. They had a multi-million dollar renovation and then got kicked and made tpa help pay for it. They can’t afford to have it completely sit empty for 2 years
