new recruitment process for alpha phi?
by: confusedis it true that alpha phi is recruiting more based on gpa and not as much on “clout” this year because nationals found out the way they’ve done it in the past? not sure if thats actually true or not

APhi alumnae are PISSED,so Nationals should be doing something. But...don’t expect them to change overnight and rush on grades alone. Even if you’re NOT rushing on spray tans, “clout”, IG counts, etc., APhi has never put grades top. So don’t use GPA as your measuring stick.
And yes, grades matter, but if you’re okay getting the leftovers from insanely high GPA cuts, you’re still gonna have some great girls to recruit. Time will tell.

The chapter with the lowest GPA based their invitations on GPA and connections. hahahahaha Good one.
