When you go through recruitment, you should be looking at the sophomores more than anyone. You will be spending the most time with them and they are the future of the chapter. The older members will be off studying abroad soon and out of there. The sophomores represent the direction the chapter is going in and who will be your big.

This is chi o pretending to be the cool edgy sorority they used to be. Like the person above said pnms need to be looking at the sophomores, not the juniors who were in the house before they got in trouble. Chi o sophomores are not the same top tier material that they used to take because they had to do informal and nationals was involved

Kudos to the juniors to were allowed to stay and double kudos to the sophomores who joined chi o OR THERE would be NO chi o at IU to rush this week. Think people. Losing your charter because you are so determined to be cool, edgy, wild you can’t control yourself is DUMB AF.

there’s like ~10 juniors that will be there rushing girls. Maybe. Good luck with that! Look toward the sophomores. That’s who you’ll be with and what the house will be like.

whenever houses do informal rush they usually take girls they already know or are friends with, so if the juniors took sophomores that they already knew then they can’t be that much different than the junior pc...

As was said earlier, which Chi O clearly paid to delete is that their members are just middle tier type girls. They aren't dumb or revolting. They are just what you would find at AXiD, KD, Theta, DG, AEPhi or Phi Mu. Average middle tier. More "hot" than "not" but nothing worth ranking over other mid tier houses with national scrutiny putting a squeeze on them and their social currency dropping.
