Can say I've been to most of the HOUSED fraternities. This is pretty accurate

1.ZBT
2.Pi Kapps
3.Phi Sig (KSig is also at this level RIP)
4.SAE
5.Sig Pi/Theta Chi (Sometimes they're so dead though.)
6.Sammy (DChi is also at this level RIP)
7.Phi Delt/AEPi (AEPi throws down but minus points for guys just moshing too often and guys being creepy)
8.Acacia
9.DU
10.FIJI/Sigma Chi
11.Sig Ep
12.ASig
13.Beta Theta Pi (Used to be at ZBT's spot before they lost their house. Now the only appeal of a Beta party is that the guys are hot.)
14.Beta Sig
15.Pike
16.Phi Psi (They LITERALLY card you, plus can't mingle)
17.Phi Tau (Never been to Phi Tau and that's a good reason for last spot.)

they hundo p deserve that spot. this isnt a ranking based on hot broads, its parties, and both those houses can throw down, especially sig pi. houses above them like acacia or aepi have lame ass parties quite often

I judge on setup, music, people, and general vibe. ZBT has a nice setup, good music, guys that are social and not creepy, and the atmosphere is just upbeat.
